Tangy Watermelon Mango Popsicle
Hope you enjoyed these kind of popsicles during your childhood days.I love these kind of popsicles(kuchi ice 😉).Its easy to make with 3-4 ingredients which is easily available at home.You can make this Popsicle using any seasonal fruit.Hence it’s summer,I tried with watermelon and mango.Soon will post creamy Popsicle using milk.

Servings:7 popsicles
Detailed Recipe:
1 cup = 250 ml
Ingredients:
For watermelon purée:
2 cups watermelon,chopped
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
For Mango Puree:
1 1/2 cups mango,chopped
4 tbsp sugar
3/4 - 1 cup water

Method:
1.Watermelon Puree:
In a juicer jar,add the watermelon,sugar and lemon juice.Grind it to a purée consistency and keep aside.
2.Mango Purée:
In a juicer jar,add mango,sugar and water.Grind it to purée consistency and keep aside(you can filter the fibers).
3.Fill half of the popsicle mould with watermelon purée and remaining with mango purée.Cover it with a lid.
4.Freeze it for minimum 6 hours or overnight.
Note:
1.Add sweeteners as per your choice,like honey or maple syrup,etc.
2.For demoulding,place the popsicle mould under warm water for a minute.
